I am Faten El Ayache, and I work on empowering individuals of different career and social backgrounds including corporate executives, entrepreneurs, students, professionals, housewives and others who are keen on self-development to achieve their ultimate goals and who are striving to find their path.

The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.
By coaching, I guide individuals and groups to discover what their own personal "best" might be. I help people learn how to make choices that create an effective, balanced and fulfilling life.
I trigger people into action by helping them organize their thoughts, dispel their limiting beliefs, and support them to move from where they are to where they want to be. I offer a wide array of one-on-one and group sessions and workshops. More details are available on my services page.
