I am a certified life and executive coach, a pharmacist, a chemist, a career development facilitator, a soft skills trainer, Master NLP Practitioner and a positive psychology practitioner.

I have more than 15 years of experience in different positions across several prestigious organizations. I have worked in management, sales, learning and development, HR and career consulting for major local and multinational organizations such as Boehringer Ingelheim, Sanofi, Qatar University, Qatari Ministry of Transport & Communication & Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar Foundation.
Being a coach has been a long-held goal of mine that I have always carried with me. I have always been that naturally excellent listener, who was always there to support and listened to her friends’ problems/ issues without any judgement.
I started my career in the pharmaceutical industry after obtaining two bachelor degrees, one in pharmacy and another in chemistry; but soon after, I realized that my real passion is to work closer with people, and thus I got CIPD certified and shifted my career into something more meaningful and which had direct impact on individuals.
I was blessed to be coached as part of my professional development on several occasions, two of which helped shape my career. The first occasion made me visualize my fear and work on handling it, turning it into power and action. The second shook me out of perfectionism by helping me learn more about the costs and payoffs of being a perfectionist.
Realizing the transformational impact of coaching, combined with an innate love to helping people, I decided to pursue my passion, deepen my knowledge and become a Life Coach.
I'm now an ICF PCC Certified Coach, a stage 4 Master NLP Trainer and hold a Masters in Positive Psychology .
What got me into Coaching?
From my own experience as both coach and coachee, I know that coaches are catalysts. They trigger you into action by helping you organize your thoughts. Primarily, they provide a platform for you that is safe, judgement free and confidential to support you move from where you are now to where you want to be. Most importantly, they challenge your false assumptions and limiting beliefs so you are not stuck in vicious circles of growing frustration and diminishing confidence.

Further to everything, I am a loving wife and a proud mother of a 10-year old daughter and a 9-year old son, who keep me happily busy with their very active schedule.
This doesn’t mean that I don’t have time to myself, on the contrary, I am a firm believer that I should take care of myself first so I can take care of others.
